AI Use Rules Kit terms
Groundtruth by Autosave, Autosave SIA, reg. no. 50203349251. In force from 25 October 2026. (Latvian text prevails.)
1. What is sold
An artificial intelligence (AI) Use Rules Kit (the "kit") for your company in Latvian (English on request), prepared from your completed questionnaire (27 questions, mostly tick-box). The kit contains: (1) an approved tools list with a data class per tool; (2) a forbidden data list; (3) two-page staff rules and an acknowledgement sheet; (4) a data class to company systems table; (5) a manager checklist mapped to the measures in the Data State Inspectorate (DVI) explainer; (6) a one-page staff cheat sheet with examples suited to your sector (chosen from the sector and task answers; for sector "Other", general office examples); (7) an announcement text for staff; (8) an incident log template; (9) a traceability table (rule and its source). We deliver an editable Word (.docx) file and a PDF. A sample (fictional company, not a client) can be viewed before payment.
The kit is prepared from the questionnaire answers only. We receive no access to your systems, files or staff data.
2. Contract formation, price and payment
The contract is formed when we send you the invoice after receiving your order. Price: EUR 390. No VAT charged: Autosave SIA is not registered for VAT. We sell to companies in Latvia only. The invoice is payable by bank transfer within 7 days; if payment is not received within 14 days of sending the invoice, we cancel the invoice and the contract lapses. We do not start work before payment and the completed questionnaire are received. We send the questionnaire link with the invoice; you send your answers by replying to our email.
3. Delivery time and revision round
Delivery within 3 working days from when we have both a fully completed questionnaire and payment (whichever comes later). If answers are missing we write the same working day; the clock starts when the questionnaire is complete. Delivery: by email to the address you give, as an attachment or as a private download link; the link works until the answers are deleted (30 days after delivery), so download the files before then.
You have one revision round: within 10 working days of delivery you may send written corrections to the wording of the rules, the tools list or the tables, and we send a corrected version within 2 working days. Corrections rest on the same questionnaire answers; if your answers change in substance (different tools, different systems), that may be a new order.
4. What you confirm
You will not enter staff personal data, passwords or client data in the questionnaire; only company-level information. Your answers are true and complete to your knowledge.
5. What the kit is not
The kit is a template for internal rules, not legal advice and not a DVI certification or approval. DVI publishes guidance; we do not certify compliance with any law. Employment-law consequences (for example discipline) are not assessed. Adopting, implementing and reviewing the rules is your company's responsibility. The kit rests on your answers and the DVI explainer published 17.07.2026; our own additions are marked in the kit.
6. Refund
We refund in full by bank transfer within 7 days if (a) we cannot prepare the kit from your questionnaire answers (for example the questionnaire is unusable and the necessary answers are not provided), or (b) within 14 days of delivery you show that the kit lacks a part we promised (section 1) and we do not supply it within the revision round. No refund because the kit seems generic or differs from your expectations where all promised parts were delivered.
7. Data processing
We use the questionnaire answers only to prepare the kit. The answers are processed only by our own software, and no artificial intelligence service receives them. Our processors are Zoho (email), Vercel (hosting) and Upstash (data storage). Details: the data notice shown before payment. We delete the answers within 30 days of delivery (if no kit is delivered, within 30 days of the questionnaire being submitted). Order data (company, invoice) is kept as set out in the privacy notice and accounting rules.
8. Limit of liability
Our total liability in connection with the kit does not exceed the price paid (EUR 390). We are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions made on the basis of the kit. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Latvia. We first try to resolve disputes in writing; failing that, a Latvian court decides.
