Why now. On 17 July 2026 the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (DVI) published an explainer on whether an employee may enter their own or other people's data into an AI tool. As its first measure it lists drawing up clear rules or instructions for using AI tools, it names data that must not be entered (for example client lists with contact details, employment contracts, health data, trade secrets), and the organisation stays responsible. DVI explainer (dvi.gov.lv, in Latvian). It is guidance, not a certification, and we do not claim that any product makes you compliant.
Why this is the first step. The aim of Groundtruth is that staff ask an ordinary AI chat and it answers only from company data that the person asking may see. Before that you need rules on which data must never go into AI tools (this kit). Then the AI Access Check shows what an AI chat could reach in your Microsoft 365, and the end state is a read-only gateway.

Invoice by email
We email the invoice for EUR 390, usually within 1 working day. You pay by bank transfer.

Questionnaire (about 20 min)
We send the questionnaire link with the invoice; you fill it in online, using your personal link (it already holds the invoice number). Our software prepares the kit and emails it once the questionnaire is submitted and payment has arrived; the target is 3 working days.
Price and guarantee
EUR 390 in total. Payment by bank transfer against the invoice before work starts. The invoice states the VAT treatment that applies to your company; the price will not change.
If within 14 days of delivery you show that the kit lacks a part we promised and we do not supply it within the revision round, we refund the full EUR 390. We also refund if we cannot prepare the kit from your answers. We refund by bank transfer within 7 days.
Scope
- One kit for one company, in Latvian (English on request).
- Prepared from the questionnaire answers only. We receive no access to your systems, files or staff data.
- One revision round: within 10 working days of delivery send written corrections and we send a corrected version within 2 working days.
- Adopting, implementing and reviewing the rules is your company's responsibility. Employment-law consequences (for example discipline) are not assessed.

What do you need to prepare?
Only the questionnaire (about 20 minutes) that we send with the invoice. Please do not enter staff personal data or passwords.
Is my data safe?
We ask for company-level information only, use it only to prepare the kit and delete it within 30 days of delivery. The data notice is shown above the order button; see also the privacy notice.
Is the kit legal advice or a DVI approval?
No. The kit is a template for internal rules. DVI publishes guidance; we issue no certificate or approval and we do not certify compliance with any law.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against the invoice we email you. No cards, accounts or marketplaces.
